Alma, I had some Welch's in Union Parish, La in 1930. My father was Albert Bryant Welch, brothers Enos, Albert Dewery, James Paul, Addison Prestige and Willis Avery. My mother was Exola Phillips Welch. I don't know where Vernon parish is, even with me living in Union County, AR which is on the La/Ar line.
