MESTEPE, Marie Madeleine (Jean & Eva SESSAC) b. 15 Jan. 1894 (Abbeville Ch.: v.7, p.94)

This family's name is also spelled MESTEPEY.
Maybe MUSCOPATE is a mistranslation of MESTEPEY
