this is in response to your corrections welcomed. Dna has proven that the Lees (Peter Lee, Mark Lee, Wm.Lee, Wm.Lee and Dorothy Taylor) are not related to the Richard Lee\Constable Lees) We have documented proof up to our Wm Lee and Dorothy Taylor, but absolutely no proof that Wm Lee and Alice Felton, etc. are related. No one has yet to come up with information about Wm Lee and Alice Felton...who exactly were they and what documentation is available?
I am a first cousin of our Lee dna donor. He has matched 7 other Lees living in various parts of the United States with all 37 markers matching.
Barbara Vernon (mother was a Lee from Vermillion Parish)
