Thanks for the information, Tim. You gave enough information for me to know this is not the Edgar Ward I was hoping for. The Edgar Ward I am looking for was the son of Nevin C. Ward and Mary (last name unknown). According to the 1900 Union Parish census my Edgar was born in Feb. 1881 in Louisiana. Edgar Ward married Lucile (?) before 1910 and they had two children: Royce W. Ward, b. about 1906, and Lucile, b. about 1908. Both children were born in Louisiana according to the census records. The family was still living together during the 1920 census and was living in Dallas, TX (ED# 48, sheet 15B.) Nevin C. Ward was living in Union Parish near Junction City during the 1920 census. Nevin C. Ward was a brother to my great grandfather, Alfred J. Ward, and they were the sons of Henry H. Ward of Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. Thanks again Tim for the information. wward
