Looking for documented references to persons named Rockwood present in Terrebonne after 1823 and before 1900.

Curtis Rockwood, in business 1830s and early 1840s. Land or business records? Succession?

John Thomas Rockwood, came with Curtis, m 1846 Sarah Jane Semple, dau of Joseph Semple & Eliza Davis. Between 1850 and 1860, removed to Galveston, TX. Last seen in 1860 census in TX. His three children were living with their grandmother, Eliza Semple, in 1870.

Sons Robert S. Rockwood and Thomas John Rockwood moved to Texas.

Daughter Carrie Rockwood mentioned in record dated 1883, and no later. Married? Dead?
