If anyone knows anything about the big fire in St. Joseph in 1901, other than what is posted on the Tensas Parish genweb site, I would like to hear from them. My grandfather and great uncle are mentioned in an article that was published in the Tensas Gazette of Oct.30, 1936.
Surely there must have been something written closer to the date of this event...
