I have been given a "family tree" by one of my husband's relatives. It contains the following undocumented information:

Paris Constantine Childress, son of Robert Childress and Ann Haggatt, was born in Adams County, Ms., 2 Oct 1805.

Paris Constantine Childress of Nashville, Tn. and Martha Ann Penn born in Patrick County, Va. were married in Covington, St. Tammany Parish, La. on 20 Aug 1833.

I would like to know how Nashville, Tn. fits in to this and any information about the siblings, parents and other ancestors of Paris Constantine Childress.
