Jeff, do you know anything about a newspaper titled, The Wanderer, that was published during the Civil War in St. Tammany Parish? I know that my ancestor, Elizabeth Coulter Brown's obituary was supposed to have been in the last issue in 1864. Where would I find this? If Mrs. Nelms (is that her name?) knew and made note of it, then she must have had access to past issues. Thanks, Connee
