The old Garland Cemetery could possibly be the resting place of yourHuckabys. I
did not find their names, but several other
Huckabys are listed. I took the census of this cemetery in January 1982. Along with these graves, Effa r. Huckaby, Frances E. Huckaby, wife of T. J. Reeves, Josephine Huckaby, Lional F. Huckaby,
Virginia I. E. Huckaby and Willmirthia I. Huckaby were some Myers, Neyland, Stewart, Whitley, Newell, Fiegel there were three graves with marble slabs enclosed in a rather new 6 foot high cyclone fence with no gate for access.
The other cemetery I check was Moundville, I found no Huckabys but a lot of those graves/markers are lost.
