Would like to exchange Dailey family history information with descendants of Thomas B. Dailey and (1) Cecile Burleigh (1849-1885)and (2) Marie Elodie Boudreaux Bertinot (1848-after 1910).

To the best of my knowledge:

Thomas married Cecile on 4/22/1869 at Grand Coteau and had the following children: Marie Mirabula "Buelah" Dailey (1870), Julia Dailey (1872), Lillie Isabella (1873),Marie Mathilde (1875), Thomas Frank (1880) and Marie Florence (1882).

Thomas married Marie Elodie on 1/10/1889 at Grand Coteau and had one child, Thomas Leo Dailey (1890).

Buelah married Jules Bertinot; their children were: Antoine Jules, Eduoard Richard, Emma Anna, Irene Elodie, Julie Ettie and Walter Chapman.

Julia married Charles J. Richard; their children: Oliver G., Joseph W., Cecile, Mabel, Walter and Gerturde.

Lillie Isabella married Louis Conrad Richard; their children: Lewis C., Mary Lillian, and Mary Azema Ethel.

Thomas Leo married Mary Clay; their children: Donald Charles, Harold Thomas, John William Howard.

Marie Mathilde died young; Marie Florence and Thomas Frank likely died young as well.

Thomas B. Dailey was the brother of my great-grandfather, William Owen Dailey, and son of John Arnold Dailey and Mathilde W. Jenkins who came to St. Landry Parish (County) in 1866 from Mississippi. Thomas B. Dailey made his St. Landry Parish home about 3 miles north of Bristol and about 4 miles west of Sunset (Section 35).

Thanks very much.
