Further research reveals that it was,indeed, Mary Johnson,
sibling of Elijah,William,Elizabeth,and Hanson, who married John Westmoreland in 1830. The name "West", which appeared in the St. Helena Marriage Index was apparently a nickname for John Westmoreland. The Johnsons and Westmorelands were close neighbors, appearing next to each other in the 1830 St. Helena Census.

Further info would be great.
