Bryant Jones and wife Ellen, Sabine Parish, 1870, 1880

Bryant Jones and wife Ellen with three children - Frances Smith, Lethi Ann, and baby William H., , possibly hers by an earlier marriage, or maybe the baby is Bryant's. Does anyone know anything about this family? The census shows that Bryant was born in Louisiana. The 1880 Census shows his parents born in North Carolina. I am thinking this could possibly be my great-grandfather's brother Bryant. The only thing is my Bryant was born in Georgia. However, this Bryant in LA is the right age to be my Bryant Jones, and his father was born in North Carolina. Would appreciate hearing from anyone connected to or researching this Bryant Jones of Sabine Parish.
