In the 1895 US Atlas for Red River and DeSoto Parish, LA there is listed a community called Williams. It is just east of the Red River Parish Line and about due east of the settlement of Blanchard, LA.. Williams community is East-North East of Mansfield, DeSoto Parish, LA.

I'm seeking information on the WILLIAMS & BLANCHARD Families that lived in these communities from the time period of 1835 - 1925. Names could include : Blanchard Goldsby WILLIAMS, b. 1895, Dewitt WILLIAMS, b. 1884, Exater E. WILLIAMS, b. 1886, William K. WILLIAMS, b. 1888, John B. Williams, b. 1890, John Samuel WILLIAMS, b. 1822 in Williamson Co., TN and migrated to NW Louisiana in 1847, Hiram WILLIAMS, b. 1850, Williams West WILLIAMS, b. 1853, Andrew Jackson WILLIAMS, b. 1855, Melissa G. WILLIAMS, b. 1857, John F. WILLIAMS, b. 1859, Columbus WILLIAMS, b. 1862, Jefferson Davis WILLIAMS, b. 1862, Robert Lorenzo WILLIAMS, b. 1865, James WILLIAMS, b. 1868, Minnie WILLIAMS, b. 1872.
