Hi Linda,

I'm not sure if you found anything on Belair Plantation. My GG Grandmother (Caroline Doyal Montcure Benedict) owned it with her first husband and she died there as a result of a coal oil lamp explosion. It was only recently that in research my cousin and I were able to trace her to Belair Plantation.

If you could let me know I would really appreciate it.

thank you,

Gregg
