I am seeking the following family.

David Johnston was born in 1787 in Georgia. By 1840, he moved and settled in Plaquemines Parish, LA. In 1840, he married Hannah Fredericka Hoffman. In 1841, they had their son Alexander Henry. David died in 1852. Sometime after 1860, Alexander and Hannah moved from Plaquemines to New Orleans. In 1863, Alexander married Magdalena Sherwood Keisel and in 1864, Hannah married Mathew Weisheimer in New Orleans, LA.

Hannah's family also settled in Plaquemines in 1839. They migrated from Germany. Her father was Henry Hermann Hoffman and mother Hannah Fredericka Steinbinder. They had 9 children: Hannah Fredericka, 4 sons unknown names, Charles Henry, Christian Frederick, Hannah Carolyn or vice verse (Carolyn Hannah), Hannah Sophie or vice verse (Sophie Hannah). By 1860, many of these Hoffman's have moved from Plaquemines to either New Orleans, LA or California.

Thanks for reading.
