Thanks for taking the time for looking up information on Joseph Andrew Jackson Sanders, my g-g-grandfather. My records show he was born in Georgia around 1824. His family moved to Mississippi. Found a Joseph Sanders in Claiborn Co., Miss. His mothers name was Hulda. Joseph A. J. Sanders wife's name was Mary Ann. Do not know where or when they married. They settled Natchitoches Parish in hr 1870's. Joseph A. J. Sanders died in Natchitoches Parish about 1879. J.A.J. Sanders and wife had sons John, Alexander(he died when he was young), Joseph, Samuel, & Mary Susan.If any of these names seem familiar to you, any information about them will be helpful.
