Thanks, Richard for the information. I was able to find some dates I could not obtain in my usual sources. If you are looking for vitals for New Orleanians from the early 1800's to the very early 1900's, then use this link:

These are indices of births, marriages, and deaths during the time period mentioned above.

By the way, Carrollton was annexed by New Orleans in 1874. I am a native of New Orleans, and grew up in Slidell. My ancestors include the Kampens and the Meyers from the area around Tchoupatoulas and 7th Street in the 1860's to the early 1900's. Some of my relatives still live in Carrollton.
