Kathleen: Are you aware that many Orleans Parish vital records (birth, marriage, death) are online and searchable? Copies may be ordered online for $5. Anyway, I did a very brief search and found two marriages which might interest you:

Clara DYSART mrd. Joseph COSTA in 1910, Orleans Parish (Vol. 32, pg. 250)

Paul LOISEL mrd. "widow of Joseph COSTA" (no given name), Orleans Parish in 1913 (Vol. 35, pg. 647)

I'm sure if you play around with this site you might find other helpful info. If you need a link, just advise. You might also want to note if these folks were married in the Catholic Church since there is a wealth of info in the sacramental records. In fact, there is no shortage of excellent genealogical sources when it comes to Orleans Parish and copies can generally be obtained for very modest fees, unlike some places. Thought this might help. Rick
