Kathleen: Have you searched New Orleans Public Library's Biographical Index? If not, a quick search resulted in 23 hits for the surname LOISEL, both Paul and Clara are listed. A search for the surname DYSART resulted in 13 hits, Clara is also included under this name. These are primarily obituaries. You can order copies from NOPL for $2 each. If you are unfamiliar with the procedure, just advise and I'll help you. Obits can be a rich source of info. BTW, it's always best if you give dates or approximations.
