Thanks for the information and sorry for the delay- my harddrive crashed and I had to have it scrubbed and new security put on it- anyway, Anderson Whitlock and Joshua Luster Whitlock were Martha's brothers- I believe Anderson came to Natchitoches, La and settled not far from Marthaville- Her father and Mother were John(Jack) Whitlock and Nancy West. Jack Whitlock married second to Martha Brown and two of the sons from that marriage came to Texas.
I have several Werst lines and am now in the process of finding them all. Ha!
