I have not seen the reference myself, but my cousins have and that is where they got information on the Rains. It probably covers a good many people who migrated early to that area- Mrs. McComic of Many, La. did a number of books on that part of Louisiana- one of them is Cemetery Records of Sabine Parish and some of the early marriage records are still at the courthouse in Many. You can also go on-line to for cemeterys in your local area, or for those in the United States and look up cemetery lists that may give you more on them. The old Jerusalem Cemetery is a few miles out of Many and the New Hope Cemetery is in the lower section of Ward 4, Many.
You may be able to find this reference book on-line also thru the LDS library records. Hope this helps you some. Lucy
