Thanks for the message.
I have more information, from the death record of my grandmother Lillian Marie Barras Ritchie I found her mother's last name was Dautreve.
Interestingly my granduncle Louis Barras' wife was Aunt Odie, I don't know what her maiden name was nor the correct spelling of her actual first name. They were from LA and lived in Houston in the 1970's.
The Belle Isle Estate was through the Dautreve family from 3 Broussard brothers and its administration by the state of LA was a significant source of income to the state through the 1960s. It was leased by Sun Oil and had oil, gas, mining, salt, gold and fur production mainly on the gulf coast.
That's all I have at this time.
