Re: St. Cyrs from St. John Parish, LA

My name is Steve St. Cyr, I reside in New Orleans; many of my earlier relatives were originally from St. John Parish. I have done some research in the Louisiana State Archives in Baton Rouge and retrieved copies of marriage records of my g-grandfather, Simon St. Cyr. Apparently, Simon had a brother, Samuel. From these records, I learned that their father (my g-g-grandfather) was August St. Cyr. However, I have found no other records on any of these St.Cyrs. Do your records that are specific to St. John Parish show any leads to these branches of St. Cyrs?
