Washington Parish late 1800s?, photo id

Hi. I have an old photo of some unidentified individuals up at the below URL and am hoping someone here might be able to help with id.

http://www.geocities.com/kearns_hennesy_genealogy/unknown.html

Hennesy/Simmons families settled in Washington Parish, LA area and the few photos I have seen generally involve that area and family members, so I'm assuming this one may also be from that area. But no one can identify who the people are. No names or date on photo. Breland, Knight and Thigpen are some of the names associated with the Simmons (I am told this photo may be more likely connected with Simmons than Hennesy). Some names on the Hennesy side were Myles, Welch and Miller. But I don't even know if the individuals in the photo were family.

Thanks for your help,

Juli
