I have Elizabeth Marie Parent, b. 1819, m. to Thomas Lee. Elizabeth was the d/o Jean Pierre Parent and Elizabeth Cambre. Jean Pierre was b. 1793 and also sired Irene and Jean Magliore b. 1823. Jean Pierre was the s/o Jean P. (Louis) Parent, b. ca 1762 in Canada, and Marie Monique St. Eustache, b. ca 1762 in Mobile, AL. Jean Pierre also had a sibling named Jean Louis, b. 1788.
So, if your Parents are related to mine, it isn't clear where. There may be other branches in this family that I am unaware of. The Euphemie Richard thing sounds suspicious, as the Richards were prominent in the Ascension Parish area in that timeframe, and my guys were from the St. Gabriel area...
