1 NAME T R /HOWELL/
1 SEX M
1 NOTE !NOTE: I strongly suspect this to be REDDICK HOWELL, born 1770-1780
2 CONT IF SO, THEN HIS FATHER WAS: STEPHEN HOWELL (D) March 1820
2 CONT Administrators of Stephen's will were his wife: Nancy Howell
2 CONT and son REDDICK HOWELL. Other administrators were:
2 CONT Theophalious Norwood and John Rollins.
1 NOTE !SOURCE: Esmond Howell's notes: Janie Revill Abstracts: S-4565
2 CONT Sumter County BK 49 Pg. 12.
1 NOTE !NOTE: Reddick Howell listed on 1820 Sumter Co. SC Census with
2 CONT 5 sons/2 daughters. He is listed on 1830 census only
2 CONT 2 pages from EPHRAIM HOWELL and BRYANT HOWELL who are
2 CONT living next door to each other. Appears to be brothers.
2 CONT Further info on Reddick is that on the 1830 Census, alot
2 CONT of persons that tie into THOMAS HOWELL's LINE are living
2 CONT very close to him.
1 NOTE BRYANT HOWELL (bk-K Pg 317, Sumter Co. SC) Bryant sells the
2 CONT right and title to HOWELL's MILL Aug. 17, 1831 to JOEL DUBOSE.
2 CONT THIS IS THE SAME DUBOSE LINE THAT EPHRAIM MARRIED INTO!!
2 CONT MILL was located on HORSE BRANCH being 1/2 known as HOWELL'S MILL.
2 CONT SUSPECT THAT BRYANT, EPHRAIM ARE SONS OF REDDICK HOWELL.
