Joan,

It looks to me that Luke Stovall is buried in Allison Cemetery in Covington, St. Tammany Parish, LA. There is someone by that name listed in FindaGrave here, just with no dates:

There is also a Joseph Stovall there, the only other Stovall in the cemetery, and Joseph's stone looks much like Luke's, here:

Usually that indicates that they are relatives. Possibly Joseph was his father. Unfortunately Joseph's stone doesn't have any dates either. Still, they are both buried in Allison Cemetery, and I imagine that it was named for Margaret's family.

I also found Luke's WWI draft card, which was surprising since he was rather old to have to enlist. I'll send a copy of it to you.
