Sandra, this is what has me stumped. He is buried in the Granger Cemetery just south of Orangefield. I have been there and have a picture of his headstone. Yet genealogical research done by someome who is a very conscientious researcher shows his birth date as 1880.

Really doesn't make a hill of beans, but he WAS my grandfather who died two years before I was born, so I never knew him.

In fact, there are two grave markers there. A tall, slender one that was his original marker, then a smaller, wider one that was placed at his and my grandmother's graves after she died.
