Seeking info on William Maben and wife Mary Britton. William b. 1815 d.1874. Mary Britton b.1817 d.between 1845-1849 Ms. Children Mary E.(Mollie)and Elizabeth A.(Lizzie)Meban, both born in Ms. Elizabeth is my connection.
Then apparently William married Mary Theresa Travis in Louisiana. Their children were Thomas S.,Robert Graham,Travis,Lucy I.,Charles S.,Rose E., Willie?,Fannie Lenora, and Lilla(Lula). These children were born between 1850 and 1870 in Louisiana.
I think Elizabeth was first married to John H. Caldwell and then to William Terrel Mills. She is buried in Houston,Tx.
Any info on any of these family members would be appreciated. Thanks, Karen
