Jeremiah Gainey brothers and sisters

I am the GGranddaughter of Jeremiah Gainey and Grace Lindsey, i am looking to go further back in history, I know that my GGrandfather was the son of Abraham Lawrence Russell Gainey born 1837 and his 3rd wife Myrtle Elizabeth Shelton, and my GGG grandfather was Abraham Russell Gainey born around 1795 and he married Nancy Stockstill born 1799. but i dont know when they came to La. or where from, nor do i know how many children they each had?
