Thank you, Constance. You have given even much more information than I had. Delphenia's daughter, Alice Mae Agee, married David Sholtz in 1925. Sholtz became governor of Florida in 1933. Alice Mae said that she had roots in Alabama (her father) and Virginia, but she never mentioned Louisiana, even though Delphenia's death certificate lists that state as her place of birth. Maybe the Masters moved to Virginia after Della's birth. Thanks again, Boyd
