I put all the information i have there:

You could see the Death record and the SS-5 record, sorry the data displayed from that site are half french half english (i'am french) but original data are there.
There is also one thing that i would like to know is concerning the information Race and Etnicity. As you could see the death record is typewrite but 2 mentions was added by hand. The number 2 after black in the race case, and the number 9 in the etnicity case. This data are quite important to understand because i would like to know if Isaac is mix or not (as the bureller which must be John or his father is white)
SS-5 says Bossier Parish, Andrew is belcher, Caddo Parish, i made search in census in both Parish.
