Good Morning Thomas and Good Morning Linda
Thomas, the census information you provided on this family is just what Linda needs. You are indeed a "Good Samaritan".
Linda, because there are so many people with the same names and so many places to look, when you ask for assistance, give as much information as you can: Birth dates are particularly important. Because so many of our ancestors could neither read nor write, the priest/minister/civil servant had to spell their names phonetically.
The best place to look for individuals b. in St. Martin Parish is Southwest Louisiana Records by Rev. Donald J. Hébert. Before he died, Fr. Hébert published 41 Volumes of SWLR beginning with the year 1750 and ending with the year 1909. Fr. Hébert recorded births, marriages, and deaths from Cathokic Churches, and he also recorded civil marriages, successions, etc., from 13 area courthouses, regardless of race, sex, or creed. That is why his volumes are so important. To see Fr. Hébert's Obit and a list of his publications go to: hebertpublications.com
First: I looked for Alexis Para in V. 36 (1904) and he is not listed. There are no individuals named Para in this Vol.(I have observed that dates given in the census are often incorrect.)

Rita Elizabeth Pare (Emile & Cora Davis) b. 20 Apr 1903 (Franklin Ch.: v. 5, p. 69)Franklin is in St. Mary Parish
Information from Fr. Hébert's Guide to Church Records in Louisiana.
