Does anyone have knowledge of Green Hardaway? He was born in 1868 in Louisiana but lived in Gonzales Cty, TX according to the 1900 Census.
His wife's name was Eliza Cline or Clyne(maiden name), born in Texas in 1866.
Together they had 8 children: Rosa(my greatgrandmother), Roda, Seiman, Nancy A, Clarence, Roberta, Henry, and Robert A.
He had 1 brother listed as living with him in the 1900 Census: Louis Hardaway born 1867 in Texas.
Green Hardaway's parents weer both from Louisiana.
Eliza Cline/Clyne Hardaway's father, Ned or Edward, was from So. Carolina. Her mother, Nancy Cline/Clyne(maiden name unknown), was from Georgia.
It looks as if they may have split up sometime between the 1900 Census and the 1920 census because the 1920 Census shows that he had a new wife - Josephine, and had started a whole new family; the eldest child being listed as 14 yrs old
