I tried to order the death certificate for Winnie Starks and stated that I was the great grandson. I was deinied it because they said I had to have been a parent, child, grandchild or sibling to the deceased, I would also need to show proof of my relationship to them (birth records, etc).

There would be no way to prove my relationship since my father is illegetiment and we don't have the Starks last name.
