ok, so Charlie was in Richland, LA in both 1930 and in 1920. He was single in 1920 with a Mary Weaver, Widow, 22, living with him as his Partner. I'm stymied as to 1910 1900.

As for where they are buried, did you seek a death notice or obit, from the public library? (318) 327-1490

I hope the SS certificates will tell you where Winnie and Charlie were born.
