I am looking for information on Thomas Marine Trant. My father-in-law Robert C. Trant was born in Plain Dealing, LA the son of Thomas Marine Trant and Belle Davis in 1920 (?-I don't have the exact date with me right now). Robert had no birth certificate and never knew his father. Could Thomas Marine Trant, the son of James Monroe Trant and buried in Ida,Caddo, Louisiana be the father of Robert C. Trant?
