I went to school with a Sandy Marsh (female, born ca 1956) in Baker, LA. Baker is north of Baton Rouge in East Baton Rouge Parish. You might try checking in that area for her family.

I'm sorry but I don't know her father's name, if they're still in the area, or really anything else about them.
