Hi Beatrice.

Here is your family, living in Texas in 1860. There was a Moorman family listed on each side of them, so I included them too:

1860 United States Federal Census > Texas > Panola > Beat 4 > Pages 101 and 102
Dwelling 677/Family 677
John H Moorman, 34, white, Farmer, $800 real estate, $1000 personal property, b Ala
Susan, 23, housekeeper, b Indiana
Charles, 4, b TX
William, 2, b TX
Louis H Bishop, 27, farmer, b KY

Dwelling 678/Family 678
Robert W Moorman, 24, Farmer, $800 real estate, $1000 personal property, b AL
Rachal Moormon, 20, white, housekeeper, b Mississippi
Edwin, 2, b TX
Virginia, 1, b TX
Mark Barentine, 15, farmer, b Missi

Dwelling 679/Family 679
Sophia Moorman, 65, $150 real estate, $2000 personal property, b VA
Mary, 14, b Tx

I checked the 1850 census, and believe this is your Robert:
1850 United States Federal Census > Texas > Panola > Page 152
Dwelling 106/Family 106
Charles Morman, 57, white, farmer, b VA
Sophia, 56, white, b VA
John H, 24, white, farmer, b AL
Susan, 18, b Ind
Sophia, 22, b AL
William, 19, farmer, b AL
Robert, 17, b AL
Worley Northcut, 25, white, farmer, b TN
Virginia Moorman, 4, b TX

I assume that Mark Barentine is a close relative of Rachel's. I believe this is that family in 1850:

1850 United States Federal Census > Louisiana > De Soto > Page 137
Dwelling 554/Family 539
Nathan Barrentine , 40, white, planter, $400 property, b NC
Nancy, 40, white, b SC
Lucinda, 18, b Ala
Elias T, 16, laborer, b ALa
Rachiel, 13, b LA
Henry L, 11, b LA
Mark M, 6, b LA
Mahaly, 3, female, b LA

I found Nancy and Mahala Barentine in 1860 in Panola County, making me convinced this is the same Rachel:
1860 United States Federal Census > Texas > Panola > Beat 7 > Page 28
Dwelling 183/Family 183
James Lagnone, 52, male, white, farmer, $1200 real estate, $1500 personal property, b SC
Nancy, 48, housekeeper, b SC
Martin, 23, white, farmer, b AL
Mahala Barentine, 13, female, white, b LA
Oce Lagrone, 80, female, white, housekeeper, b SC

I can't seem to locate the family in any later censuses.

I checked the Texas Marriages Index and found the following:
R. W. MOORMAN married RACHEL BARRANTINE on 2 May 1855 in Panola County, TX

HENRY L. BARENTINE married MARY E. McCAIN on 22 Mar 1860 in Smith County, TX
ELIAS T. BARENTINE married CELIA A. BARENTINE on 8 Jun 1862 in Newton County, TX

Good luck!
