I took a quick like at Father Hebert's Southwest Louisiana Records for you and found the following information about this couple:

FRUGE, Denice m. 8 Jan. 1836 Jean LEBLANC (Opel. Ct. Hse.: Mar. # 9)

Emelina Leblanc, baptized 19 April 1841 at age 13 mths. (Opel. Ch.: v. 4, p. 154)
Meran Leblanc, b. 23 Feb. 1847 (Opel. Ch.: v.4, p.308)
Celina Leblanc, b. 21 Dec. 1849 (Opel. Ch.: v. 4, p. 349)
Eloise Leblanc, b. 18 March 1858 (Opel. Ch.: v. 6, p. 77)
Joseph Meteore Leblanc, b. 22 Dec. 1856 (Opel. Ch.: v. 6, p. 56)

Opel Ct. House means the St. Landry Parish Courthouse, and Opel. Church refers to the original Catholic church in Opelousas.

Allen Parish isn't included in these records, so any children they might have had in that parish wouldn't be listed.
