Looking for information on John Wesley Danks possibly born in Kentucky. He married Catherine Gwin (Moore), d/o the Rev. James and Mary McAdams Gwin, born Sumner Co., TN, 1808. Catherine Gwin married first Isham L. Moore, Sumner Co., TN. Isham Moore died @1833. John Wesley and Catherine Gwin Moore Danks lived in LaFourche/Terrebonne Parishes in Louisiana before the Civil War. Catherine Danks died in San Francisco 1893.
Would like to know about John Danks and his family.
