1860 Census New Orleans Help???

I am trying to find out if my ancestors lived in New Orleans at this time. I can find birth dates for my g-grandmother's siblings, but not for her. I have a birth date for her of October, 1855...Her parents were Michael Finney and Ellen Welsh..He was from Westmeath, Galway, Ireland and she was from Tuam, Galway, Ireland. I'm not sure when they actually moved to New Orleans.
