I am looking for any information on the following Bullards:
Opal Elanor Bullard (born 11/15/1908 at Avery, TX, died 10/10 or 11/1935 at Blue, OK) She is buried at the Yarnaby Cementery in OK. She is my grandmother. Her parents are
James Washington Bullard born in Sevier County, AR on 11/30/1862. He died at Avery, TX on 1/19/1937. His parents are Anderson Wylie Bullard born 1813 in maybe Germany. He died around 1900 at Dekalb, TX in Red River County. James was married twice. I am looking for the marriage to Lucy Ellen Norris. She was born (12/14/1864, Bowie County) and then died at Avery, TX, which is Red River County on 7/20/1921. James and Lucy were married in Dekalb, TX on 8/2/183l. They are both buried at the Avery Cemetery in Avery, TX. Lucy is buried next to William E. (1861-1935) and Ladonia T. (1867-1958) Norris. Other Norris’ beside her are that indicate they are siblings of hers are Midge (1905-1906) and a tombstone that indicates “infant son of Mr. & Mrs. W. E. Norris 1901”. Also next to those there is a Walter Norris (1903-1940) and Henry Norris (1896-1915). The records that I have indicate that William N. was born in AL and married a Rebecca Mallette (Born 1840 in LA) in 1858 in LA.
Anderson Wylie Bullard was also married twice. I am looking for his information to where he married Nancy Ann Lee (born in Virginia 6/13/1833 and died in Dekalb, TX on 2/26/1889) I have some information that says she may possibly have been from the Logansport, LA area earlier.
His second marriage was to Sidney Ann Fox in Clarksville, TX.
