You can rent a microfilm from the Family History Library for $3.50. Film #866707 is a microfilm of original marriag records in the Grant Parish courthouse for 1878-1916 including index.

Since the microfilm includes the actual marriage records, you could make your own copy right off the microfilm. The usual charge for making a copy from the film is 25 or 35 cents.

You can look up the nearest FHL in your phone book. It's run by the Mormons, but they will not proselityze. I use their facilities extensively.
