Hello Christopher,
Thank you for the additional information. It will prove helpful in my attempt to provide you with assistance. I will send to you, via regular email, a list of Basses from East/West Carroll parish that are a part of my line. I haven't located an Ella Bass who married a Greene. As far as a Bass Plantation is concerned, I don't know. My great grandfather Ephriam Esau Bass b. 1871 MS d. 1945 LA, farmed in East Carroll as did his sons. My Uncle Bill Bass farmed at Transylvania, LA. I'll dig around and see what I can find. Also, please tell me the address of Sandy Schmitz's website.
