I'm looking for William W. Bristol (aka Brister) and/or the family that raised him in East Baton Rouge. He appears to have a sister Eliza and possibly another sister Jane living with the Page family.

This is the info I've been able to find online.

1002
Timothy Stoucksberry 44 M Farmer 500 N.H.
Martha 46 F La.
Wm. Brister 10 M La.
Eliza Brister 4 F La.

996
James W. Page 36 M Farmer 500 La.
Hester 32 F La.
Wm. 13 M La.
Matilda 12 F La.
Wilson 70 M Farmer N.C.
Jane Bristol 6 F La.

There is also an Andrew Bristol on the 1840 index but I have no access to the actual census.

Eventually William Bristol moves to MS and marries Cordelia Kennedy.

All help appreciated!

Annette (abristo@attglobal.net)
abristo@tenet.edu (this address will be lost soon)
