Looking for info on the parents of Richard Stephens born
about 1805 believe to be GA but have no proof. he married
a Baton Rouge lady by the name of Elizabeth Thomas. I know
that their kids were born and raised in Franklin Parish,LA
and that after the Civil War several settled in Ascension
Parish, lA area. Need to find Richard's parents he is
