Bill, Thanks for the lead on Grove Hill Cemetery. I am aware of it. there is supposed to be a Williams Cemetery across from it. My Smith lineage is Me-Thomas Franklin Smith-Oskar Manor Smith-Lewis Franklin Smith-Samual Foster Smith, who was the recorder who signed the cemetery deed. The Samual Foster Smith family is buried at Grove Hill. My Carroll lineage is me-Thomas Franklin Smith-Ellia Lee Carroll-Thomas Merrit Carroll-Thomas Johnson Carroll. Thomas Johnson Carroll's 3rd wife was Elizibeth Williams Etheridge, Who I believe deeded the land. Both Thomas Johnson Carroll and Elizibeth are buried at Grove Hill. I have more info on the Smith's and Carroll if anyone is interested you may post followup or contact me at sjam53@yahoo.com Thanks, James
