Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, Leatherman Creek was named for my husband's ancestors, John Leatherman and sons Samuel, David, Daniel and Thomas were there in 1830s and 1840s and later. We have made two trips to Minden, but were unsuccessful in finding any graves. Have just read about this cemetery this week. I had been told by another family researcher that the name of Leatherman Creek had been changed but that must not be so. Any info appreciated. We live in Georgia.
