I have two sets of McEacherns in Haynesville, Claiborne Par., LA. They are definatly related but I have a gap in the late 1800s. The first is Robert (b. Scotland). His sons are John, James, and Peter. Peter had a son named Archibald born in 1857. After a gap of one generation, I have Mable, C.B., and James Carl abt. 1900. James Carl had three daughters Carlyn, Meredith, and Dorothy. James Carl McEachern married Vivian Sims who is my relative.
